“Desert Rose - The Green City” will be designed to reinforce the integration all components. That means, the DHLA , the Green Business Hub , Green Centre of Excellence , MIRAK services and Residential (Villas) and Student Accommodations will altogether form an urban lively community. This will be achieved through small-sized building structures in combination with an attractive town planning structure with short connections, glass-covered and shaded arcades and lively green plazas creating a pleasant atmosphere.

The centre of “The Green City” will be the “Desert Rose” a unique architectural landmark which will be designed to represent the project to the outside and also internally as the cultural heart of the project. The Desert Rose will be the lively centre with exhibition and event spaces, recreation and catering areas and will interlink all “users and stakeholders” through common human needs (eat, drink, communicate, recreate, etc.). To make this concept attractive for all “users and stakeholders” the Desert Rose will be centrically connected to all components with short lively arcades.
