The residential and accommodation area will be an important link for “Desert Rose - The Green City”. It will help to link all spheres with each other especially “working” and “living”.

This area consists of three parts:

• The villas will have up to four or five different building types of 2-storey villas, in a close to nature town planning structure. They will have an ecological building structure with high quality finishes, located on the southern side of the plot.
• The student’s accommodation will be a unique and one-of-a-kind offer in Dubai for students. The accommodations will have a reasonable rental charge, will be located next to the DHLA and the Dubai Academic City and will be an integral part of the “Desert Rose - The Green City”.
• The workers and staff accommodation offers favourably apartments to the production staff, located close to the production area with reasonable prices.

In addition to all the other components of “The Green City” rental income of the Luxury & Student houses will support the DHLA to achieve an economic viability.
