As identified earlier there is a tremendous business need for the “Green sector”, which leads to the fact that the UAE needs a “Green Business Hub” that will function in principle like the free zones. That means that the “Green Business Hub” will be well equipped with all the amenities, facilities and communication infrastructure required to set up a business. It is intended that the hub will attract a large number of companies, will provide attractive options for foreign investors and will help to expand net non-oil exports worldwide.

In detail the “Green Business Hub” will provide ready-to-operate, fully serviced office spaces around a high quality infrastructure providing an advanced digital communication network, reliable power and other utilities supporting the needs of professional companies.
Therefore, the Hub will be a major new step in Dubai’s evolution to attract globally acting business players of the “Green sector” and will help them through local networks and synergies to become part of the regions market. On the other hand this business consolidation will create the region’s (the Middle East’s) first green hub, which will offer state-of the-art infrastructure and a working environment that will enable “green-related” enterprises to thrive in the Middle East and to operate globally out of Dubai.

In other words the “Green Business Hub” will provide a matrix of services and networks for each individual contractor, supplier, professional service provider and manufacturer in the “Green sector”. To achieve this goal, the project must offer all kinds of office spaces with the flexibility of the individual user and stakeholder requirements. The “Green Business Hub” will comprise more than 50,000 m² of gross area of available office spaces for “Green sector” professionals.
