Mirak Agricultural Services has established one of the largest and most technically advanced nursery for production of ornamental outdoor and indoor plants, and seasonal flowering plant in the u.a.e. And gulf region. Our facilities include state of the art germination rooms, one hectar of greenhouses, 20 hectars of nursery shades, cold storage facilities and labor force of more than 130 well trained for the demanding high standard jobs.

Seasonal flowering plants:

A selection of more than 20 species of seasonal flowering plants are propagated for supply to local markets and export. Main species are Petunias and Vinca Rosa which comprise 80% of total.

1. Petunia species: more than 3,000,000 plants are propagated and ready for supply to market from middle of September onwards. Species and varieties are selected carefully to suit the climatic condition of the uae and the area. Hybrid f1 Grandifloras are the main features. Species currently propaged are: Falcon series; Ultra series; Hulahoop series; Flash series, Dreams series; California Golden; plus others. Main colors are: red; white; rose; blue; red star; rose star; blue star; golden or yellow; red/blue/rose with white border (picottee) plus others.All plants are potted in 8 to 10 cm pots with high quality peatmos and delivered with flower initiated and ready for planting after hardening. 2. Vinca Rosa species: more than 1,000,000 plants are propagated and is available all year round. Delivered in pots with peatmos and ready to plant with one or more flowers on. Main series are pacifica, red, white, and deep rose as well as other colors and series available.
3. Other seasonal plants include: Agerathum; Aster; Salvia; Phlox; Portulaca; Pancy; Gazania; Verbena; Zinnia; Marigolds; and other species.

Ornamental plants

More than 150 species of outdoor and indoor plants and trees are propagated and kept ready for supply to gardens, landscape projects and export. Around 1,000,000 plants of various species are supplies every year. All species are suitable for climatic conditions of u.a.e. And gulf reagion. List of species are enclosed for reference.
