Mirak Agricultural Services is the Pioneer and leading grower of Strawberries and many other high value vegetables in the U.A.E. and exports more than 65% of its production to world markets. Mirak also has developed and is currently operating the Largest open field Hydro-phonic growing system in the world.

Since establishment in 1986, Mirak has endeavored to produce the highest quality crops for distribution in the local market and export to countries like Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore,  Europe, The G.C.C., and other parts of the world. More than 200 Acres of farms in the oasis of Dhaid-Sharjah, Al Hayer and Swaihan and Al Ain, produce annually more than 3500 tons of high value and quality produce, mostly grown hydro-phonically in Soil less growing systems.

Mirak’s main policy in production of crops is to limit the use of chemical that is becoming a normal practice with many growers around the world. Although we are not Organic Growers, most of our crops are very close to it. Chemicals are seldom used and if necessary, we use very safe ones that are internationally acceptable and approved by WHO. Instead, we implement a vigorous and wide range of preventive measures to avoid using chemicals on our crops.

The estimated value of the assets in Mirak is in excess of AED 100 millions (which includes Lands, cold storage, storage, packing room, germination room, Ten Hectares of greenhouses, nurseries and other facilities).
